When should I make my reservation?
We recommend booking your baby equipment rental reservation as soon as your travel plans are confirmed to ensure we have the items you want. Keep in mind there is a 3 day minimum rental on all baby items. The rental days include day of delivery and day pick-up (we charge for these days) On your departure day, the items need to be ready for pick up at the scheduled time. If you need the items for an additional day that is not a problem; just let us know in advance and note that a daily charge will apply for items kept past 11 am.
How does Baby’s A-Go work?
STEP 1:View our baby equipment rental inventory on the Equipment List page to find out about all of the items we carry. Decide which items you'd like to reserve.
STEP 2:Once you have decided on what equipment you need, whether it is astroller rental, a bathtub or another item, please fill out the Reservation Form. You can fax or phone your order into Baby’s A-Go.
***Please Note: Unless you have a confirmation number from Baby’s A-Go, there is no order.
STEP 3: Baby’s A-Go will contact you to confirm and arrange payment, delivery and pick-up, as well as answer any questions you may have.
***Please Note:Baby’s A-Go will charge 50% to 100% of the original order cost should you cancel your baby equipment rental reservation without giving us a notice 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.

What if I need my order delivered within 24 hours?
We understand plans can be made last minute and that sometimes emergencies arise so we will do all we can to accommodate last minute requests for stroller rental and other necessities.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be processed the day of delivery unless you have made other arrangements for payment. You may also pay by cash. A credit card is still required to be on file in the event of any damage and/or loss.
Can I add to my order later?
Sure! You can add items to your order any time providing the item is available. Call us to make changes to your order at 617-543-1045 or email us at Babysago.com.
Can I rent for longer than a month?
Sure! We love long term rentals so much that we offer a discount on items rented for longer periods. For example, the daily rate on a stroller rental changes to a lower rate for 6 days or more and the monthly rate is even lower again.
Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
On the order form, please specify your preferred two hour window for delivery and pick-up times. (With Logan Airport being the exception) While we will attempt to deliver and pick up the baby equipment as close as possible to your preferred time, it is not always possible to meet everyone’s needs at a given time. However, we will try. Please call us if you have any questions regarding delivery or pick up of your baby equipment rental. Cost depends on location and runs from $20.00 up, most Boston locations will be $20.00 and that includes the pick-up, Cribs are more because of set-up. The exception to the 2 hour window rule is Logan Airport Deliveries, we will meet you on time with your rental item when you arrive, you must call us at 617 543 1045 when you arrive and we will meet you at the arrival curb and then as agreed for pick-up.
Delivery fee is based on location. Please note that extra delivery charges may apply if we need to make additional trips. We look forward to meeting all your stroller rental and traveling baby needs! Please do not use any liquids or food in car seats or strollers or additional cleaning fees will apply if food removal & cleaning is required on any of these items, Thank You.
